My son Cody's 1st South Dakota Prarie Dog trip. He shot dogs all the way out to
450yards using the SUPERBULL 1-8, thanks DPMS!
I would like to thank you for making a great rifle. The 223 rifle I have has proven to be extreamly acurate, capable of shooting less than 1/4 inch MOA at 100 yards. Topped with a tacticle scope and loaded with 55gr. hornady vmax its a precision tool. I harvested this 325lb boar sunday July 27 2008 in Hallettsville Texas at a measured range of 417 yards.

I was able (and lucky enough) to shoot a couple of long range Prairie Dogs on a recent trip to Wyoming. One at 613, one at 711 and the one pictured here at 805 yards – all with the DPMS 6.5 Creedmoor and Hornady 140 grain A-MAX factory ammunition. The shots required absolutely no windage adjustment. Amazing load. The TMR reticle in the Leupold Mark IV scope was another key factor; provided fast reference points.

I shot this deer in Caolville, Utah with my DPMS 6.8 SPC. It’s not my biggest buck but it is my best. I broke my neck when I was 21, and I have been a quadriplegic ever since. DPMS rifles have functioned best for me with my disabilities.

Randy Luth, DPMS President and founder, shot this elk 2 hours before sunset on the last day of a 5 day hunt. Randy was guided by Lazy F Bar Ranch and Outfitters owner Steve Guerrieri in Crested Butte, CO (970-641-0193). After a 7 hour, silent stalk through a snow storm, and at times being within 80 yds of a herd of 150 elk, Randy finally had position to shoot from 220 yards across a ravine. He used the new DPMS .338 Federal AR Rifle with 200 grain Fusion Federal ammo and a Sightron 4-16 mil dot scope.
DPMS President Randy Luth, shot this Alaskan Dall Sheep on a recent hunting trip to the Wrangell Mountains near Nebesna, AK. My son scored his very first deer with my LR308. He loves my rifle and has a new found love of the hunt. I'll be putting in some more overtime to get a rifle built up for him. His buck was so nice I decided to have the head mounted for him to remember this hunt forever. He's 16 and this is his first buck. He's also sold on DPMS and wants an LR308 of his own more than anything. Thomas ( my son ) took this just outside of Fossil Oregon.
Guided by "Smiley the Beast " and "Iggy" while near Harlen, MT., DPMS founder Randy Luth "outran" this 14+ inch antelope. Randy made the 250 yard shot using a DPMS .338 Federal prototype rifle with a turned down Miculek Comp.
Near Harlen, MT. and guided by "Smiley the Beast" and "Iggy", DPMS Vice President, Todd Mittlestaedt stalked a 14 1/4" antelope to within 100 yards. The antelope was taken using a DPMS LR-308T with 165grain .308 Federal ammunition.
